Weeeeeee!!!! It's the holidays!!! N this was how it went...

Happy Teacher's Day...Initial plan was to go down to ECP with the Council Exco...however, their class ended at 2.30 and it was already raining cats n dogs...so told them not to come while I settled the lane bookings...was out with Akem...been quite a long time since we went out... since it was raining...the two of us decided to bowl...atfer which, we headed to Parkway Parade..along the way...we met some MAI sec ones...we (Akem n I) were eating some Princesses butter cookies and for every cookie we pop into our mouths...we pretend certain things will come true... we met Du at Parkway and went shopping for Mira's bdae present...oh well...instead...we went to the arcade...gerek seh arked kat sana...
After having all the fun...we went for Mira's bdae party at Costa Sands Pasir Ris...being unfamiliar with the place..we got errr a lil lost...but thank goodness there is an invention called the Mobile Phone...hahaha...Met some of my ex-students there...Arif, Hadzlirin, Khidir n Abbas plus the girls from Thasha's party...didn't do much there except talking...bila nak balik sesat lagi!!! sampai bus stop..."Eh, takde 39?"
Luckily I remembered taking 39 from somewhere near zul's house...called zul n asked how to go to that particular bus stop...n finally, ard 12am...I reached home...tired and all, Du, Akem n I slept in the living room...

Yeah...it was my sis' 19th Bdae...didn't do much in the day...wanted to cook spaghetti at first as my sis lurveeee my spags...but my mom said we shall eat yesterday's leftovers as we didn't eat them yesterday...for dinner, my 2nd sis and I decided to treat Du at Eatzi...a Halal Jack's Place outlet...the food there was great...something embarassing happened too...but too embarassing to be told here...muahaha....

Since the heavy dinner...I slept late...then I almost forgot to wake up on Monday...had invigilation for STE orals at MWTI...luckily the birds woke me up ard 0645...Pins and Brooches!!! I haven't even decided what to wear...Luckily I wasn't late...
When I reached MWTI, I saw some sec four girls waiting outside...the looks on their faces...full of worry and nervousness...wished them luck and went straight to the canteen...after the so called breakfast, ard 9am, the Orals began...I was the time keeper for group G...after some time...I decided that this job is the most boring job ever...luckily, some were absent from my grp...so we ended early...but I found out that we had to go for the course rite after that...shish...I was so sleepy then I did not really pay attention...Tuesday was a better day...though it was almost the same...after the course on Tuesday, I went to Toys r'us at TM to buy a bdae present for my nephew...

Went for the course at 0900...it was fun learning what I've already known...really, I dun understand why we were sent to such a course...I mean...Do they think we teachers are stupid? That we dun even know where to look for jobs, do our resume or even attend an interview??? "One of the most important thing in an interview is to knock the door before you enter."
I mean...oh come on!!! Even my 10yr-old niece knows the knock-b4-u-enter rule...and fyi, all the interviews I went to, be it for work or for bursaries or wateva else, the ones where I KNOCKED are the ones where I FAILED!!! The ones where I got through, the interviewer went out and then opened the door for me...

Finally, a fun day...went out with Akem and Thasha...I think, the last time we did that was last June holidays? Or was it last March holidays? Initial plan was to have a picnic and then join the councilors for their retreat...However, both of them ended late for their ngaji...so only managed to meet Syarifah at Parkway Parade for Zohor and then a little shopping for food n then off we go to Marine Bowl...we were nearly half an hour late...but we were the first to arrive...luckily I was wise enough to book the lanes at half hour after the time to meet...if not...sorry guys...no bowling...so, we were then bowling...awkward as it was, I managed to score only 64...which was really really low... even first timer Thasha had 69!!!
After bowling, we went to do our prayers at the beach...while Akem, Thasha n Safa went cycling, the rest of us had a discussion, moderated by Mr Salik...it was turning a little heated when time was running out...thank god...
Then Thasha, Akem, Ruquiyah n I walked down to the food centre near Bedok Jetty...didn't realise how far it was...heh...We had a very filling dinner that there were still food on the table when we left...while waiting for Ruq's mom, we sat on the beach, enjoying the serene environment...how I wished I cud haf stayed longer... HAPPY BIRTHDAY RUQUIYAH!!!
Ruq's mom drop us off at Tampines interchange...not wanting to go home yet, the girls asked me to bring jalan2 at TM...but it was already 2115...shops were closing...we managed to shop though...bought some cute stuff at the stalls near the bus interchange...then we waited for 969... by the time we boarded, it was already 2230... after sending Akem home, Thasha n I walked home...while Thasha had her shower, I chit chatted with her mom...I only went home slightly after midnight...then it was the computer...heh

Nothing much happened today...I practically slept the whole day...heh...I cooked spaghetti though...oh yah...when I was coming home from Northpoint...after buying stuff for spaghetti, it started raining heavily... I had an umbrella... while waiting for the lights to turn green...this Indian lady was also there...she wasn't using any umbrella...n she was carrying a toddler... at the same time, there was a Malay lady with two kids ard Akem's age, without umbrella... I contemplated on sharing my umbrella with one of them...hmm...toddler's at a greater risk...kesian kan kalau sakit... n it'll be easier to share with the Indian lady n her kid..so I offered to share...oh man!!! the toddler was cuuuuutteeee... she(or was it a he?) kept smiling at me...n if I smiled back...she wud turn to her mom and say with cute pelatness, "She smile back!"

Oh..the weekends are already here...can't believe the holidays are already ending...shish...
